‘To Be’ by Sophia Jamali Soufi

Seconds pass
Seconds do not pass
Waiting is always a lie
Eye in eye silence
I review the wounds
Does that mean my share was only a handful of nostalgia and black clouds?
Meaningless tears
Meaningless pains
meaningless meaning
Eye in eye silence
I review the wounds
Waiting is always a lie…
